Gideon’s Speech Therapy
I received the letter of denial from my insurance for Gid-sters speech therapy. I have never been so happy to be denied! This means we qualify for therapy through Alta and it will cost us nothing. We may even get in home service! I will find out on Monday if it will be at home or downtown. Yipee!
Update on Gideon’s speech therapy
Well he is qualified. However, due to budget cuts we have to see if our insurance will cover the speech therapy before Alta Regional can pay. I never thought I would hope my insurance won’t cover something! If the insurance has to pay for therapy, it will cost me a $30 co-pay per session. Since he needs weekly sessions, that is ridiculous. If the insurance denys it then Alta will cover it 100 %. I think I will just turn it over to God and not worry about it.
